Our destination today is the Camiguin Island in the Northern part of Mindanao. Sponsord by my son and his wife sheila who live in Cagayan de Oro City.
We live in Taguig City, Central Bicutan; We travel from my house to the airport and will take us less than an hour if there’s no heavy traffic. Since our schedule time departure is 6:55 AM we leave at 4:00 AM, and we arrive at Manila airport around 5:00 AM.
Our Destination is Camiguin White Seashore Island.
This is our second travel to the south in Mindanao Philippines. My son permanently lives in Bukidnon with his wife who is from Bukidnon, and they sponsor again our stay in the south with my 3rd son. Our departure in Manila was past 7:00 AM and arrives at Laguindigan International Airport at almost 8:30 in the morning.
Laguindigan International Airport is a new airport in Cagayan de Oro City. On the first visit, we land at an old airport near the town of Cagayan de Oro City. The new airport is less than an hour journey by land from the City of Cagayan.

From the airport, we pass by at a restaurant that offers fresh seafood, this restaurant extended to the sea and you will feel you are in the middle of the sea when you go inside the restaurant.

After we consumed enough we travel and visit El Salvador Shrine. Inside the shrine, ladies are not permitted to wear jeans, shorts, sleeveless tops. They provide you with a skirt and scarf if you wear prohibited attire. Just a donation you afford to give for the attire they supplied. Taking pictures inside is free, a small donation also accepted if you use their comfort room.

Since, following day our schedule travel to Camiguin Island we decided to stay at the house of my son’s wife brother in Grand Europa, Lasiandra which is vacant. We stay overnight and schedule the trip to Camiguin Island early in the morning. If you’re a traveler I like to share our great experience in Camiguin Island falls and resort. See you there.
